Papas Con Chile
Papas Con Chile is essentially a Mexican version of mashed potatoes.
The only thing you may want to add to your version is cheese. You can add your favorite wild game to this dish and make it more of the main meal, versus a side.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 potatoes sliced
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
Tomato sauce
1 cup canned tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
