Alberta, Western States set Dates for Early-season Deer Bowhunting

The early-season deer bowhunting opener for Alberta and the western states has been announced.

The season opener for Alberta, Canada will be Sept. 1. The “Hosted” fee is $196. 57. License and tags information can be found at aep.alberta.ca or at mywildalberta.com.

Back down into the U.S. and in the West, Wyoming will have its early-season deer bowhunting opener on Sept. 1. Hunters have to apply between the period of January 1 and March 15 of the year you wish to hunt in the fall. The fee is $338.50. More license and tag information can be found at wgtd.wyo.gov.
