Fish Tacos

MidWest Outdoors staff shares another tasty way to enjoy your catch.
1 pound fresh-caught or store-bought fish filets
Old Bay, cayenne pepper, or chipotle seasoning
fresh lemon slices
spray butter or olive oil spray
Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Place fish filets in a single layer in pan and spray with butter or olive oil cooking spray. Dust filets with your choice of seasonings and place lemon slices on top.
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes.
Serve on flour or corn tortillas.
Topping suggestions:
shredded cabbage
red onion
cilantro
avocado

Avocado Sauce
1 avocado, mashed
Cilantro leaves, chopped
Fresh garlic minced
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
Half a lemon, squeezed into sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all sauce ingredients together. Refrigerate any unused portion.
