Youth Fishing Derby at Lakefront Park, 71 Nippersink Blvd., Fox Lake, IL 60020, from 8 – 11 a.m.
Bring out your kids for a fun day of catching fish. There will be giveaways, music, and prizes for top catches.
There will be two different age groups: Ages 11 and under, and Ages 12-18. No registration needed.
There will be snacks, fishing and giveaways! Prizes will be awarded to the winners of the fishing contest. Participants aged 16 and under do not need a fishing license.
