SUMMARY:Okauchee Fishing Club
DESCRIPTION:The Okauchee Fishing Club is a multi-species fishing club that fishes all over Wisconsin.  Established in 1967\, we are a club that helps fishermen and women become better with a focus on teaching by experienced anglers.   \nWe meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month at the New Berlin Ale House 16000 West Cleveland Ave. New Berlin\, WI 53151.  Come and here great guides and experts teach their skills\, favorite lakes and streams.  Get current fishing reports from club members.  \nOur formal meeting from 7:00 – 9:30 is the first Tuesday and features great speakers\, and a raffle.   \nThe cost for non-members is $5.00.   \nThe third Tuesday our shorter  “informational meeting” features round table discussion with members and mini seminars by members\, 20-30 minutes.  \nBoth meetings include “Fish Talk”\, where members share their recent fishing experiences.   \nWe plan 12-14 outings a year and ongoing contests as well as an annual club tournament.  We have an annual picnic and awards banquet as well.   \nContact Jim Kophamel\, club president at jkophamel@wi.rr.com or (414) 350-1011 for membership information or go to www.ofcfish.com.
